Mashwar is a Sudanese marketplace that connects a requester with an independent runner. Users transact through the platform workflow. Bankak or Fawry transfers are made outside Mashwar, then finance staff review the proof by hand. Mashwar is not a bank and does not hold user funds.
You deal with the other user to complete the task. Mashwar provides tools, chat, manual review of transfer proof, disputes, and moderation. We do not promise that banks confirm transfers, or that transfer funds are stored with Mashwar.
Give an honest description, post only lawful tasks, and pay the shown amount using the shown method. Runners complete the agreed work and document progress. Both parties are responsible for meeting safely and for assessing the other person carefully.
After a runner is selected, you see the amount due and available transfer methods such as Bankak or Fawry. The transfer is made outside Mashwar, then you upload proof and the transaction reference. Finance reviews arrival manually before confirmation. The runner cannot start until payment is confirmed. Any financial adjustment is handled manually by finance staff.
After the task is completed and accepted according to Mashwar's steps, the runner's entitlement becomes ready. Finance transfers the amount manually outside Mashwar and records the transfer reference. A dispute may pause payout until review is complete.
Forbidden: weapons, drugs, forgery, fraud, hacking, account theft, moving illegal goods, buying or selling accounts, asking for passwords or OTP, privacy violations, and any task that causes harm or breaks the law.
You may open a dispute on a task. During review, sensitive steps such as runner payout may be paused. Reviews, reports, and disputes may be moderated. Mashwar may suspend or ban accounts for abuse or for breaking these terms.
Mashwar does not vouch for every user, every task, or successful delivery. The service may pause for maintenance. These terms are not a financial license. Get local legal advice before any larger money operation.
