We collect data needed to operate Mashwar as a Sudanese task and services marketplace. This policy describes actual product practice. It is not a financial license.
What we collect
Name, email, phone if provided, city/district, approximate location or coordinates after assignment, task data, chat, attachments, execution proofs, payment proof, transaction/reference numbers, runner payout destination details, dispute evidence, operational logs, and limited analytics or error data.
How we use it
To run accounts, list tasks, connect requester and runner, manually review transfers, record manual payouts, resolve disputes, keep the platform safe, and reduce abuse. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Phone, email, exact address, and coordinates are not public. Private details are shown only to authorized parties depending on the task stage. Only authorized staff can see payment proofs, admin notes, and dispute evidence when needed.
Payment privacy
Payment proof may include financial information. It is not shown in the marketplace and is not public. Access is limited to the parties on that task and to authorized finance staff who review it.
Retention
We keep task, payment, dispute, and audit records as long as needed to operate and review the platform. We do not casually delete financial or audit records. Full self-serve account deletion is not in the product yet; contact support.
Logs and analytics
We may log technical events, errors, and usage metrics without passwords, OTP codes, or service-role keys. Monitoring is for reliability, not advertising tracking.
