Before accepting a task
Read the full description. Do not accept a vague task or one that asks for money or sensitive credentials outside the shown instructions. If it feels unsafe, decline.
Your safety matters more than any task.

Use Mashwar chat when possible. Never send your password, OTP, or other sensitive credentials to anyone, even someone claiming to be support.
Stick to what you agreed. Keep progress in Mashwar chat when you can. Do not change the place or delivery suddenly without agreement.
The exact task location is not public. It is shown only to authorized parties depending on the task stage, and only when needed.
Transfer the shown amount via Bankak or Fawry after a runner is selected, then upload proof in Mashwar. Do not follow urgent transfer requests outside those instructions.
Payment proof may contain financial information. Only authorized finance staff and the parties on that task should review it. Do not share it publicly.
Do not hand over original ID or a passport. Do not photograph sensitive documents unless that is a clear, agreed part of the task.
Never send your password or a verification code to anyone, even someone claiming to be Mashwar support. Staff will not ask for that.
Forbidden: weapons, drugs, forgery, fraud, hacking, account theft, moving illegal goods, buying or selling accounts, asking for passwords or OTP, privacy violations, and any task that causes harm or breaks the law.
Use Report on a task, profile, message, or review. Reports are for policy-breaking content or behavior. We do not promise a specific handling time.
Open a dispute if there is a serious problem during the work. Attach clear evidence and stay respectful. Runner payout may be paused until the dispute is reviewed. Any financial adjustment is handled manually by finance staff.
Verification badges and reviews help, but they do not mean Mashwar vouches for every user or every task. Assess the task and the other person, and act carefully.
